Functional, and it's pretty March 13, 2008
I'm very pleased with this music stand. It's easily transported, and the bag it comes with is very handy. The product description says it extends to 40", but I'm sure it's taller than that. The purple is slightly darker than the picture shows. My only complaint is that the screws fall out quite easily. Other than that, it's an excellent product, and well worth the price.

I ordered this music stand for our daughter who is studying violin. The music stand is a big hit with both our daughter and her friends. Her music books stay on the stand, it is easy to adjust and transport with the case, and the choice of colors for the stand is great for children. It is a practical and fun product for any young musician.
